Our minimum stay is 2 nights. All prices are based on a 2 night stay, any additional nights are charged at 50% of the stated amount.

We have no minimum order, you can order just one tent or a whole bell tent village.

We are based in East Sussex and cover predominantly Sussex, Kent and Surrey. But please get in contact for a quote if you are further afield. We deliver for free within a 25 mile radius of our HQ (Lewes, BN8). A £2 per mile delivery fee will be charged from 25 miles +.

Our packages are created for 1-4 people. However special arrangements can be made for 6 singles – perfect for an unforgettable birthday sleepover or for a big group of party guests.

Check in is at 3pm, and check-out is 11am on your final day. Unless other arrangements have been agreed in advance.

To reserve your date, we ask for £50 per tent. This payment is then held as a damage deposit and is returned to you within 7 days of your booking if no damage or losses have occured during your stay. And we have no doubt that you'll leave our beloved bells just as you found them. If you are booking for multiple parties we will contact your guests directly to arrange payment. ​

No we just provide the bell tent(s) and furnishing(s). All lighting we provide is battery powered. You will need to speak to your venue to arrange power and toilet / washing facilities. Or make arrangements with a third party supplier.
